*This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be onsite at our Portage, MI office 2-3x/week.
The Sr. Sales Education Associate will conduct technical training courses for sales representatives and reseller partners in the use of complex situations for multiple products for our Neurosurgical & Enabling Technologies BU. They will also interact with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for the content of courses. Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation.

What you need (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of work experience required
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
- MBA preferred
- 2+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred
- Previous experience in an education or training setting
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
