  13. Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and maintain a strong customer-centric culture.

  14. Drive business transformation, organizational development, and change management initiatives.

  15. Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, business ethics, sustainability, compliance, and reporting standards.

  16. Represent the organization at senior-level customer meetings, industry forums, government interactions, and strategic business discussions.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • 10+ years of Sales and/or Business Development experience in the Saudi Oil & Gas market.

  • Proven experience in P&L ownership and overall business accountability.

  • Strong track record in sales growth, business development, and customer relationship management.

  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Oil & Gas customer landscape, market structures, and local business practices.

  • Demonstrated experience with aftermarket/service business models.

  • Proven leadership experience managing 5+ direct reports and an overall organization of 50+ employees, including team leaders/managers.

  • Experience working within multinational and matrix organizations.

  • Demonstrated success in leading transformation and change management initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, ethics, and business standards.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and ability to convert global strategy into practical local business plans.
