We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to play a pivotal role in building and accelerating Veriforce's pipeline growth. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for an experienced outbound professional who thrives on creating opportunities, engaging prospects, and driving meaningful sales conversations.
What that means day-to-day:
- Drive proactive outbound prospecting through confident cold calling and highly personalized multi-touch outreach.
- Research, segment, prioritize, and develop target accounts and territories.
- Engage HSE, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders, qualify interest, and book discovery calls.
- Identify ideal customer profiles and personas and use relevant signals to tailor messaging.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and current records in Salesforce and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Consistently deliver well-qualified, well-documented discovery calls to the Sales team.
- Comfortably use AI tools to enhance prospecting and outreach.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, events, account follow-up, and pipeline-building activities.
- Contribute practical ideas that improve team messaging, outreach cadences, call approaches, and processes.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Proven quota-carrying SDR, BDR, or closely related sales experience, with clear evidence of personal attainment and results.
- B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Demonstrated outbound experience, including cold calling, territory prioritization, multi-touch outreach, and qualification.
- Experience with a modern sales engagement and prospecting stack (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or equivalents), including AI-assisted prospecting tools.
- Ability to work independently, create a productive daily structure, protect prospecting time, and follow through.
- Clear and concise communication, credible customer engagement, and the ability to personalize outreach for different personas.
- Self-motivation, persistence, accountability, discipline, curiosity, and a healthy competitive drive.
- Coach-ability and the ability to apply feedback to improve performance.
- Preferred experience selling into regulated, industrial, energy, utility, construction, safety, or compliance environments.
