Overall Purpose / Context / Objective of the position:

Structured as a matrix organization of six geographical regions and ten platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company is active in over 100 countries and employs approximately 15,000 people globally.
LDC Juices division produces, processes, and distributes citrus juices all over the world to a wide range of clients. Our clients are juices & beverages brands, private label co-packers, flavor houses, food ingredients makers, etc. The division is vertically integrated from the groves to our clients. In line with the Louis Dreyfus Company strategy and business plan, Juices platform is aiming at further developing its activities along the value chain, including through the development of packaged juices offers (private label, juices brands bottling & distribution ….).
In March 2024, Louis Dreyfus Company Juice has launched in France and jointly with an industrial partner the chilled juice brand Montebelo Brasil. The brand values more than 35 years of farming activities in Brazil to build a sustainable citrus & juice business. The brand is currently listed in major French retailers.
The candidate will be based in Sofia, Bulgaria and be part of the Juice downstream team. Frequent trips to France.
Main accountabilities:

For all day-to-day & operational topics, stand as the main point of contact for retailers

Check and archive contracts with retailers and any other information

Coordinate the organization & execution of the promotional activities agreed with retailers by the commercial team i.e. compile & prepare documentation, follow up with retailers till execution

Maintain portals like Salsify with updated information about the products

Update weekly & monthly sales reporting through PowerBi dashboard

Monitor budgeted vs realized costs of promotional and marketing campaigns

Review & book invoices related to Montebelo Brasil expenses

Contribute to the sale & production forecast

Knowledge and Experience:
Experience:

7-10+ years of experience in trade execution, trade administrative roles
Knowledge & skills

Experience working directly with customers: be able to communicate with customers on a daily basis in French

Retail industry, ideally food & beverages

Education:

Business or engineering degree
Languages:

Fluent in French (written & spoken) & English are key requirements
