As a Senior Coordinator in Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Hapag-Lloyd Egypt Shipping. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence.   • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new customers and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications
  • A University Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the maritime industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce (preferred) for efficient sales management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow guidelines, while also being an independent self-starter.
  • Hands-on approach and customer-oriented attitude, with the willingness to set limits when needed.
  • Receptive to new ideas and a quick learner, adapting to changing market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Skills Required
