Job Overview
As a Senior Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you’ll bring energy, service, and leadership to our showroom floor. You’ll guide customers through a personalized shopping journey that reflects The Bob’s Way—honesty, integrity, and a customer-first mindset—while leveraging tools and product knowledge to meet their home furnishing needs. In this service-forward role, you’ll also support team development, safety protocols, and daily store operations.
This position is based in-store and requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
Ability to engage and serve customers in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Track record of achieving personal or team goals
Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
Physical Demands
Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. with or without assistance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Must be mobile throughout the showroom and able to perform in-store tasks as needed
