Labels and scans merchandise on the loading dock, inspects products for damage or packaging issues, labels cross-dock items for stockers, and verifies label accuracy to maintain correct inventory. The role requires attention to detail, communication skills, warehouse awareness, flexible scheduling including weekends, and the ability to continuously stand and walk while moving products weighing up to 250 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.

Maintains and optimizes EWM master data supporting distribution center operations, including systemic locations, pick paths, put-away logic, picking queues, and related data tables. Troubleshoots warehouse and depot system issues, identifies root causes through trend analysis, and partners with distribution center leadership to update data for schedule changes and continuous improvement. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and warehouse management system skills.

Leads quality control inspections across the shipping dock and repair shop, monitors technicians and support staff, investigates quality issues, supports return-to-vendor projects, and oversees new product quality. Trains and evaluates personnel, leads department meetings, manages supplies, tracks productivity trends, and ensures department workloads and performance standards are met. Requires warehouse leadership experience, familiarity with Word, Excel, SAP, and Red Prairie, flexible scheduling, and physical ability to move throughout the distribution center.

Lead and coordinate receiving operations in a distribution center: record inbound deliveries, support WMS/host-system issue resolution, allocate tasks, assist put-away and unloading, provide administrative support to managers, and ensure accurate, timely completion of receiving tasks while supervising staff under standard policies.
