Your Day to Day
As a Senior Sales Analyst, you would be working on:
- Ad hoc reporting requests via Salesforce ticketing systems
- Weekly reporting cadences to maintain insight into business performance
- Collaborative projects with Operations and Systems peers to enhance reporting, go-to-market execution, and analytics
- Strategic Go-To-Market Analytics projects contributing to improved business insight
What We’re Looking For
As a Senior Sales Analyst, your background will look like:
- 4+ years of relevant Sales analytics experience, (Incl., strong understanding of functional reporting, proven ability to build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders, understanding of sales and marketing processes, etc.)
- Technology: Advanced Excel skills: Including keyboard shortcuts, pivot tables, navigating large data sets, data visualization, etc. Salesforce (SFDC) skills: Including building, enhancing, and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Growth mindset: Proactive approach to ongoing learning and development, (Incl., self-service, identifying and closing knowledge gaps, etc.)
- Ownership mindset: Willing and able to take on additional responsibilities over time, (Incl., identify and act on opportunities for reporting and analytics improvements, collaborate cross-functionally to implement operational improvements, etc.)
- Strong English speaking and writing skills are a requirement to be effective in this position
