Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are seeking a skilled senior Automation Anywhere developer to join our Bill Automate team.  The Bill Automate team supports an initiative harnessing automation technology, focused on RPA, to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency across the enterprise.  Reporting to the Manager Automation Engineering, you will lead the development and implementation of automation solutions.  


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assess and Enhance RPA Infrastructure
  • Establish Scalable Automation Architecture
  • Develop and Implement Best Practices
  • CI/CD Pipeline Implementation
  • Ensure Automation Stability
  • Drive Continuous Process Optimization
  • Lead AI/ML Pilot Projects
  • Develop Mentoring and Training Programs


We’d love to chat if you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
    • 7+ years of experience in RPA development 
    • 4+ years of recent hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere
    • Automation Anywhere Advanced Bot Developer (Automation 360) certification
    • Experience with Quickbase a plus
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
    • Familiarity with web services and API integrations
    • Experience with Automation Anywhere’s features like Task Bots, Meta Bots, and IQ Bot
    • Knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) - experience with Starburst a plus
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
    • Experience leading complex automation projects
    • Experience mentoring junior developers a plus
    • Experience implementing AI, ML, OCR

The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range

$133,300$160,000 USD

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary  ranges noted below roles in the specific  geographic zones

Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle

$133,300$160,000 USD

Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts

$120,000$144,000 USD

Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina

$113,300$136,000 USD
