Roles and responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge robotic and automation solutions for manufacturing lines, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement innovative solutions that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Develop and program industrial robots, including their kinematics, motion planning, and application-specific tasks.
- Integrate robotic systems with supervisory control systems and other manufacturing equipment, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Apply machine vision technologies, including camera systems and image processing algorithms, for part recognition, inspection, and alignment.

- 8–13 years of hands-on experience implementing robotics and automation solutions in manufacturing environments.
- Strong foundational knowledge in robotic systems, including kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.
- Proficient in robot programming (e.g., ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Mitsubishi, or Universal Robots), including offline programming tools and simulation environments.
- Experience with machine vision systems (e.g., OpenCV, Cognex, or Halcon) and their integration to enhance automation workflows.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing concepts and a track record of deploying automation solutions in real-world scenarios.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB), industrial automation tools, and control system design software.
- Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites and work closely with plant teams to evaluate processes and implement automation solutions.
