Für die Position des Risikoingenieur für Versicherungen (w/m/d) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen neuen Kollegen (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Was Sie erwartet:
  • Risikobewertung der zu versicherten Risiken zur Identifizierung von möglichen Risiken sowie Vor­schlä­ge zur Risikominimierung bzw. Risikoeliminierung

  • Komplette Risikobewertung von potenziellen Kunden zur Unterstützung der Underwriter

  • Erstellung von Schadenanalysen, um die Underwriter bestmöglich zu unterstützen

  • Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Kunden rund um den Bereich 'Feuer' und Sachschaden­ver­hü­tung: Interesse an und hohe Lernfähigkeit und -bereitschaft hinsichtlich automatischer Sprinkler und hydraulischer Berechnungen, Schadenpotenziale bewerten zu Naturgefahren (Wind / Sturm, Hoch­wasser, Erdbeben, Maschinenbruch)

  • Weitere Unterstützung der Underwriter in technischen Fragestellungen und bei diversen Recherche­aufträgen

  • Beraten der Kunden bei geplanten Neu- und Umbauten

  • Erstellen und Präsentieren von Fachvorträgen bei internen und externen Kunden

Was Sie mitbringen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschafts­ingenieur­wesen oder vergleichbare Studiengänge) oder gleichwertige technische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung

  • Mindestens erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Risikoingenieur / Field-Risikoingenieur (m/w/d) bei einem Versicherungsunternehmen oder als Sachverständiger (m/w/d) im Bereich Brandschutz oder Elementargefahren

  • Zertifizierungen und zusätzliche Ausbildungen sowie Erfahrungen im Bereich Brandschutz, Sicher­heit, Schadenverhütung von Vorteil

  • Anwendbares Wissen international anerkannter Brandschutz- und Schadenverhütungs-Standards (z. B. NFPA, VdS, FM Global etc.) sowie lokaler Sicherheitsstandards in dem Bereich

  • Selbstorganisation und eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

  • Hands-on-Mentalität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute Selbstorganisation

  • Technisches Fachverständnis; die Fähigkeit, komplexe Situationen zu erfassen und eigenständig zu Ergebnissen zu kommen

  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

  • Bereitschaft für hohe Reisetätigkeit innerhalb des deutschsprachigen Raumes (50% inklusive Zeit vor Ort an den Standorten)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, Professional Engineer or Certified Fire Protection Specialist Designation
  • Many years of highly protected risk, specialized industry and/or boiler and machinery field experience
  • Knowledge of a wide range of light to high hazard occupancies
  • Strong communicator in German and English
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment and within engineering team
  • Ability to perform inspections of buildings and structures, visually and with instruments
  • Ability to read construction drawings and diagrams
