  • Support regulatory interactions, reviews, consultations and lodgements, including licence matters, Responsible Manager appointments and breach notifications, while maintaining constructive relationships with regulators
  • Monitor regulatory change and external developments, translating their impact into practical actions.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver accurate and timely risk, compliance and governance reporting for management, committees and Boards
  • Monitor incidents and breaches, identify themes, support escalation and remediation, and give senior stakeholders clear, practical recommendations and risk insights on complex matters.

Risk Culture & Capability

  • Develop and deliver training, coaching and guidance that builds risk awareness and supports a strong risk culture
  • Act as a go-to resource for operational risk, compliance and governance queries across the Investments business
