Lead investment compliance oversight across portfolios and strategies, including pre- and post-trade monitoring, breach remediation, mandate interpretation, rule governance, service-provider management, client onboarding, shareholder monitoring, disclosure support, and governance reporting. Partner with portfolio managers, operations, company secretariat, and external providers to build and oversee a scalable compliance framework in Charles River and State Street Alpha.

Own and support the Charles River front-office platform for Fidante, partnering with portfolio managers, traders, ops, technology and vendors to prioritise enhancements, manage releases, triage defects, onboard instruments/workflows, coordinate testing, and drive user adoption and continuous improvement across investment teams.

Support fundamental Australian equities research including financial analysis, valuation and due diligence; build financial models; develop investment theses; present and defend ideas; monitor holdings and market trends; engage management and external providers; support reporting and presentation materials for Portfolio Managers.
