Job Description

As a Senior HR Reward Adviser, you’ll play a meaningful role in crafting and delivering reward strategies that improve employee satisfaction and performance while aligning with our strategic objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to step-up your skills as a Reward Adviser, collaborate with key partners, lead exciting projects, and make a real impact on how we attract, engage, and retain top talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Shape Reward Strategies: Design reward plans that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Benchmark Industry Standards: Conduct salary surveys, compensation analysis, and benefits benchmarking to ensure we stay ahead of the curve across all of our jurisdictions. Performing benchmarking analysis working alongside survey providers (Mercer, Towers, Radford) is an advantage.
  • Develop Policies: Create and update policies on compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs on a global basis
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance to line managers and wider HR team on reward matters, including salary reviews and bonus programs.
  • Maintain Compliance: Stay ahead of emerging legislation to shape policies that meet legal and internal standards. Especially in connection with pay transparency legislation, and gender pay gap analysis.
  • Communicate Effectively: Work closely with our Communications team to develop clear, engaging materials to help employees and managers understand and value our reward programs.
  • Leverage Data: Use data and sophisticated analytics to evaluate reward efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Automation skills (e.g., excel macros), knowledge of Power BI, Tableau/Snowflake would be an advantage. Adept presentation skills is a must in order to make the complex simple.
  • Drive Reward Projects: Lead and support reward-related projects, collaborating with HR, corporate teams, and business units to deliver success.

Qualifications

A person with strong analytical skills, primarily around Excel, also knowledge of tools that support compensation management would be desirable.
