Commercial / Go to Market Associate Consultant
As an Associate Consultant in ZS's Commercialization & Go-to-Market practice, you will work with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies to solve complex commercial challenges across the product lifecycle. You will support and lead project work focused on launch strategy, brand strategy, customer engagement models, sales force effectiveness, and go-to-market design, combining rigorous analytics with strategic problem-solving.
What you'll do:
- Support and lead workstreams on commercialization and go-to-market engagements, including launch planning, brand strategy, portfolio strategy, and in-market optimization
- Apply structured problem-solving and analytics to address client questions related to market opportunity, customer targeting, positioning, and engagement strategy
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for client stakeholders
- Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, models, and strategic frameworks
- Present findings and recommendations to client teams, including senior commercial leaders
Project Focus Areas:
- Product and portfolio launch strategy (pre-launch through post-launch)
- Customer segmentation and targeting (HCP, account, and ecosystem-based models)
- Brand positioning, messaging, and omnichannel engagement strategy
- Sales force and go-to-market model design (coverage, sizing, incentives, deployment)
- Commercial analytics to support strategic decision-making
What you'll bring:
- PhD, Masters or MBA as an educational background
- 3 years post education within a pharmaceutical industry or consulting environment
- Experience working on UK/EU commercial centric pharma projects
- Fluency in English
