The Senior Review Manager (APAC) is a senior delivery and review‑strategy leader responsible for managing complex review matters while leading and developing Lighthouse’s APAC‑based Managed Review teams. This role serves as a critical bridge between US‑based review strategy and APAC delivery execution, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and adoption of Lighthouse best practices across global matters.

The Senior Review Manager provides hands‑on oversight of review workflows, quality control, and team performance, while collaborating closely with US Managed Review leadership to support enterprise clients and large‑scale, global reviews.

What will this person do?

  • Implement and supervise execution of review plans that meet both Lighthouse standards and project specific requirements.
  • Provide feedback, training, and direction to Team Leads and Review Associates while building team cohesion.
  • Ensure Lighthouse review standards and best practices are consistently applied across APAC‑based review teams.
  • Partner with US Review Managers on review strategy, analytics integration, and matter execution
  • Drive accuracy, defensibility, efficiency, and timeliness of review deliverables.
  • Directly manage Review Managers, Team Leads, and Review Associates based in APAC.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance evaluations, coaching, feedback, and development planning.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring of APAC managed review team members.
  • Manage resource allocation and assist in team expansion to meet actual and forecasted managed review demand.
  • Own quality control frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives across APAC‑delivered matters.
  • Monitor and report on delivery metrics including quality, throughput, utilization, and timeliness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across people, technology, and workflows.
  • Support development and adoption of Lighthouse’s global Managed Review operating model.
  • Collaborate closely with US and EMEA Managed Review leadership, Client Services, and Account Management teams.
  • Participate in client discussions, business reviews, escalations, and internal planning meetings as needed.
  • Act as a subject‑matter leader for APAC Managed Review delivery and execution.

  • Eight + years of experience as a document review manager with a review provider or law firm.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law.
  • Demonstrated experience managing review teams and/or review leaders.
  • Strong working knowledge of review workflows, QC methodologies, privilege review, and review technologies (e.g., Relativity and analytics tools)
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑jurisdictional matters.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a cross‑regional, matrixed organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills suited to a client-facing role, careful attention to detail, and general technical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated experience managing review teams and/or review leaders.
  • Strong working knowledge of review workflows, QC methodologies, privilege review, and review technologies (e.g., Relativity and analytics tools)
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑jurisdictional matters.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
  • Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.


This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.

Skills Required
