The Role
iDeals Sales team has driven our impressive double-digit year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To further maximize the effectiveness of our sales organization and accelerate this momentum, we seek a result-driven Senior Revenue Operations Specialist based in India.
We are looking for a strategically-minded, proactive individual who can effectively analyze revenue data, proactively identify areas for improvement, support and launch efficient sales processes, and run complex revenue projects. In this role, you will act as a mediator between revenue teams and other organizational functions. You will play a crucial role in driving our rapid global expansion and revenue growth by supporting and driving various revenue process-related projects.
What You Will Do
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain high-visibility revenue processes across the company, implementing best change management practices
- Introduce industry-leading practices to optimize processes
- Generate insights, develop action plans, and oversee their execution
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication regarding revenue team processes and needs
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for current and new processes
- Run projects and pilot initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing consultation to revenue teams on various revenue-related matters
What We Look For
- 3+ years of proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in English (C1+), both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / analytical tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret revenue data
- Expertise in process optimization and development
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with CRM and revenue management tools
