We are looking for new team members to join our rapidly growing RevOps team in New York!
As a RevOps Business Partner, you will work closely with our US Enterprise Sales and CS leadership team, playing an instrumental role for our revenue departments in driving strategy impacting the business.
About The Role:
- Collaborate with the Enterprise segment Leaders to drive data-influenced decisions and segment strategy.
- Drive cross-departmental growth initiatives to support long-term vision of the segment.
- Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, and share the health of the segment in larger Revenue forums.
- Drive analysis to understand gaps and opportunities across the pre-sales and post-sales funnel.
- Support segment leadership (director+) with forecasting and pipeline risk.
- Help design our Strategic accounts program based on industry best practices.
- Help define KPIs for the segments and drive business alignment across departments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations roles or similar (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Experience supporting sales and CS groups servicing the Enterprise segment.
- Expertise in Salesforce, Google Sheets/ Excel, Looker/Tableau.
- Strong presentation skills, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3x per week in our NYC office.
For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $120,000 - $168,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
