Role Overview:
Senior Revenue Operations Analyst with 7+ years of experience to drive and support Global Territory Operations. This role combines Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, Territory Operations, Salesforce Administration, Sales & Revenue Operations, CRM Data Governance, Analytics, and Production Support to ensure efficient sales processes, accurate CRM data, scalable business operations, and effective territory governance. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize sales processes, support strategic initiatives, and deliver operational excellence across the global sales organization.About RoleSupport Global Territory Operations by managing territory assignments, account and opportunity ownership changes, territory hierarchies, forecasting structures, and evaluating account reassignments based on territory rules, sales coverage models, and account hierarchies.
Provide advanced production support for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Clari, ZoomInfo, Enterprise Territory Management (ETM), and other integrated sales applications by troubleshooting issues and ensuring business continuity.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions by partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations and other cross functional teams.
Administer and configure Salesforce by managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and other platform configurations.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, executive reporting, and strategic business decisions.
Maintain CRM data quality and governance through data audits, cleansing, root cause analysis, and continuous monitoring to ensure accurate account, opportunity, and territory data.
Drive process automation and continuous improvement across Revenue Operations and Territory Operations by identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Support Agile delivery and release management by participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, production deployments, and post-release validation.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any stream), or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Global Territory Operations (GTM), Salesforce Administration, or Salesforce Product Management.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Enterprise Territory Management (ETM), Clari, and other sales technologies, including CRM administration, territory management, and production support.
Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating large datasets, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards) and Google Sheets.
Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, automation, and operational insights.
Experience designing and supporting Salesforce solutions, including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and CRM Data Governance.
Strong understanding of sales processes, including GTM strategy, territory planning, account hierarchy, sales forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, and territory governance.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce security and administration, including Users, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, SOQL, Data Loader, and Salesforce Inspector.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
Agile certification and experience with AI tools are considered an added advantage.
