We are seeking a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a remote opportunity based out of the United Kingdom.
Job Summary
The Senior Revenue Marketing Manager will act as a trusted partner to sales and channel teams, designing sophisticated multi-channel programs that accelerate pipeline creation and conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance planning with execution, mentor junior marketers, and represent regional needs to global marketing. This role will directly drive company revenue by owning and scaling the regional marketing strategy, aligning closely with sales leadership and delivering measurable impact across the buyer's journey.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own the regional marketing strategy for UKI to meet revenue and pipeline growth targets.
  • Architect and lead integrated campaigns (ABM, demand generation, digital, and events) to influence leads, MQLs, SQLs, and closed-won opportunities.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align go-to-market initiatives and co-own revenue-related KPIs.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketers, fostering best practices across planning, execution, and analytics.
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) programs to drive engagement with strategic accounts.
  • Oversee co-marketing strategy with partners, ensuring alignment with global priorities and measurable ROI.
  • Manage and optimise regional budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum impact.
  • Track, analyse, and present results of marketing initiatives to senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Act as the voice of the UKI market within the global marketing organisation, influencing campaign design and product positioning.
  • Other duties as assigned and required

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business, Economics or equivalent. MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in Revenue, Field, or Digital Marketing in B2B technology (healthcare experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling multi-channel marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
  • Expertise in ABM, demand generation, and sales acceleration tactics.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams to revenue goals.
  • Skilled in marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy and executive-level reporting.
  • Experienced in budget management and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
