SENIOR REVENUE MARKETING MANAGER / LONDON / HYBRID / £75000-£85000 DEPENDANT UPON EXPERIENCE & GREAT BENEFITS

About The Team / Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Revenue Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Marketing team at WEX. This hybrid London-based role is pivotal to driving measurable revenue growth within our EU Mobility business line.

You’ll focus on the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition through to retention—by building and executing marketing strategies that boost engagement and optimize key revenue-driving metrics. This is an ideal role for a data-driven marketer ready to make a significant impact across Europe.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Design and implement strategic revenue marketing plans aligned to EU Mobility revenue goals
  • Build and deliver acquisition campaigns targeting high-quality leads across the European market
  • Drive customer activation with onboarding and targeted communications that accelerate time to value
  • Develop programs to boost product usage, increase engagement, and enhance customer loyalty
  • Implement retention strategies aimed at reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms to personalize communications and streamline the customer journey
  • Monitor and analyse performance against key revenue metrics like CAC, activation rate, LTV, and churn
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing to refine conversion rates and enhance campaign performance
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align marketing with business goals
  • Manage budgets for revenue-driving initiatives and ensure strong ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and revenue marketing trends across EMEA
  • Report campaign impact and marketing performance to key business stakeholders

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Experience in revenue marketing, demand generation or a related role, with a focus on growth
  • Proven ability to build successful marketing strategies that influence the entire customer lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills and a results-oriented approach
  • Experience developing and managing budgets with a strong understanding of ROI tracking
  • Confident in project managing multiple initiatives simultaneously across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present insights clearly
  • Deep knowledge of the EU market with awareness of regional marketing nuances and regulations
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred but Not Essential

  • Background in mobility, transportation, or financial services
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience managing multilingual marketing campaigns
  • Fluency in additional European languages (e.g. French, German, Italian)
  • Experience working on personalised and segmented campaigns in the EU
  • Strong grasp of the digital marketing landscape and revenue funnel mechanics
