Senior Delivery Engineers are part of a techno-functional team that brings airline commercial solutions to life—implementing and delivering products across Pricing, Revenue Management, and Optimization solutions for customers worldwide. In this role, you’ll become a go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for these solutions, guiding airlines through adoption and training analysts to use the tools confidently and effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution implementations as the SME—from Business Process Workshops (BPWs) through production transition and handover to customer care.
- Build deep expertise in the application UI and underlying business processes to train airline users and embed the solution into day-to-day operations.
- Facilitate onsite customer sessions as the SME, driving BPWs and capturing customer workflows, needs, and decision-making processes.
- Own delivery outcomes—ensuring objectives, milestones, and client expectations are met in line with contractual commitments.
- Analyze data, uncover actionable insights, understand data models, and spot opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
- Partner closely with project managers, account teams, and technical resources to deliver successful implementations, support adoption, and resolve post go-live maintenance issues and service requests.
- Lead pre-implementation data collection—aligning inputs, timelines, and stakeholders to set the project up for success.
- Run data validation and quality checks throughout implementation and delivery to ensure solution accuracy and reliability.
- Capture customer best practices and share them with Solution Management to continuously improve product capabilities.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, acting as the bridge between developers, architects, designers, and internal/external customers.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-trust team environment.
- Stay effective under pressure, managing ambiguity and complexity with a practical, solutions-first mindset.
- Work with a high level of ownership and minimal day-to-day oversight.
- Apply approved methods, processes, and tools consistently to ensure quality and repeatable delivery.
- Coach and mentor new business analysts on the solution, delivery approach, and operating processes.

- Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable switching across priorities as needed.
- Prior experience with similar products or airline environments is an advantage.
