We are looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant to join our Revenue Accounting organization based out of our Santa Clara office. In this role, you will collaborate with FP&A, Business Operations, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure accurate and complete accounting and forecasting for rebate arrangements and other customer incentive programs. You will gain deep insights into NVIDIA's products and pricing strategies and contribute significantly to business operations. As an integral member of the Revenue Accounting team, you will be responsible for providing and managing relevant financial information that is insightful and visible to NVIDIA’s senior leaders to make effective business decisions.
What you’ll be doing:

Tracking, modelling, accounting, and forecasting rebate/customer incentive programs, including accruals, releases and claim settlements.

Build strong partnerships within FP&A, Business Operations and Sales Operations to assess, account, and launch rebate and other customer incentive programs.

Ensure timely execution of month-end and quarter-end activities including review of journal entries, revenue reserves, account reconciliations and reporting.

Support accounting IT projects for system design, implementation, testing, enhancements, and maintenance.

Oversee tasks performed by our shared resource center, offering support and guidance as needed.

Assist internal and external audit.

Support ad hoc projects in the Revenue Accounting team.
What we need to see:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience). CPA is preferred.

5+ years of public accounting and/or related revenue accounting experience at a large public company. Prior rebate experience is a plus.

Detailed knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue from Contracts with Customers.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, passionate about data integrity, enjoy solving complex problems.

SAP (SD, FI, and RAR modules) and Vistex (rebates) system experience preferred.

Advanced MS Excel skills.

The base salary range is 88,000 USD - 143,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
