Job Description:
We are looking for an expert in metagenomics to lead microbiome data analysis and visualization. You will leverage public and proprietary data to drive innovation, support product development, and enhance service delivery. This role is ideal for a senior research fellow or experienced postdoctoral researcher in the microbiome field with a background in bioinformatics, data science, or computational biology.
What are we looking for?

Ph.D. in Microbiome Science, Microbial Ecology, Bioinformatics, or related field.

Expertise in large-scale metagenomic data analysis using R, Python, and bioinformatics tools.

Strong experience in data visualization and communicating findings.

Proven ability to design and deliver research projects in complex scientific settings.

Strong knowledge of the microbiome’s role in health and disease.
What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead microbiome data analysis and visualization for research and product innovation.

Develop and manage high-impact microbiome projects across teams.

Translate complex data into actionable insights for internal and external audiences.

Publish research findings and present at industry conferences.

Advise stakeholders and advocate for data-driven research.
