Drawing out nuanced insights during interviews, focus groups and while interpreting survey feedback.

Challenging assumptions, validating findings, and ensuring methodological rigor across mixed methods.
Building capability in mixed methods approaches within the team.
Connecting research outcomes to client objectives, market realities, and strategic decision‑making.

Partnering effectively with analysts, designers, product managers, and other researchers.
Maintaining clear communication during project briefings, updates, and post‑study discussions.

Design the discussion guide / questionnaire / research framework.
Analyse the information and create insights / synthesize findings.
Create reports in PowerPoint, Google Slides

Be the key point of contact for the client.
Manage the overall project end to end.
Guiding junior researchers across qual and quant projects.
