Senior Research Executive, Quantitative
South Jakarta, IndonesiaThe primary responsibility is to provide day to day support to Directors and Managers across a range of accounts and create significant impact on our client’s businesses. As a key interface between Kantar and our clients, the role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation of presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as project management, and coaching juniors. The role provides opportunity to get extensive exposure in Brand Guidance expertise.

InsightsOur insights colleagues are experts in human understanding. With expertise covering brand, innovation, creative, media, commerce and customer experience, they help clients define what brands should stand for, how to disrupt and renew their offer, how to connect with audiences and how to win with consumers and customers.
Key Outcomes- Account Management – accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of account outputs including data tables, critical metrics, presentations, reports and workshops – balancing own analysis and creation of results with delegating within the team. Able to become point of contact for client for daily project related mails, request, or queries.
- Analysis and Research Expertise – implements appropriate research solutions to drive significant insight for clients’ needs and their business. 100% able to build and handle reports with clear structure & flow with supervision
- Client Management and Consultancy – apply expert level of knowledge and understanding of your clients in all interactions with clients, and results and analysis conducted for them. Brave and take challenge to present the report findings to stakeholder with structured story telling.
- Mentoring Juniors in the team
- Comfortable dealing with data and numbers
- Experience working on quantitative research projects, interpreting the findings and feeding back to clients, would be an advantage
- Good research knowledge and passion on research. Independently run standard brand health tracking project with minimum supervision from manager
- Good communication skills verbally and written – know what to and not to say
- Good leadership skills – to coordinate and ensure all people involved in the project are perform well
- Dedicated, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation
- High analytical thinking and sound presentation skills
- With at 2-3 years of experience in Market Research agency or Research Projects or Marketing team or Consumer Insight
