This role is part of our dynamic Business Development team, responsible for driving new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting senior colleagues in expanding our market presence.
We will count on you to:
- Schedule and conduct sales calls and presentations to maintain a large portfolio of potential accounts and ensure a high frequency of sales activity.
- Utilize existing network, account leads, and insights from targeted research to generate interest from small, straightforward potential accounts within a delegated region or industry.
- Assist senior colleagues with various aspects of the deal process to gain broad exposure, develop new relationships, and acquire relevant experience.
- Maintain a thorough awareness of market developments, trends, competitors’ positioning, and contract statuses to identify potential business opportunities.
- Draft comprehensive due diligence reports and presentations with qualitative and quantitative assessments to support proposals or senior colleagues’ business development efforts.
- Construct targeted marketing plans for business offerings aimed at small, straightforward accounts, and support the development of complex marketing strategies for senior colleagues.
- Belong to professional organizations, attend conferences and events to expand and maintain a large professional network, and represent the company externally.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
