It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!
We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
NPD — End to End
- Lead NPD projects from concept brief through formulation, scale-up, and commercial launch.
- Prioritize and manage the R&D project portfolio, developing formulation strategies and trial plans that align with business objectives and launch timelines.
- Define quality, cost, and regulatory targets — and ensure the team delivers against them.
- Hand over production-ready specs to factory upon successful scale-up.
Project Management
- Build project plans with clear milestones; track progress via the Stage-Gate framework.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or timelines.
- Report project status to management and key stakeholders — no surprises.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Commercial / Marketing — serve as the primary R&D interface; receive project briefs, translate them into R&D scopes, and brief the R&D Officer on what to execute. The Officer does not coordinate with Marketing directly.
- Factory R&D — own technology transfer, trial coordination, and scale-up support.
- Regulatory — collaborate closely to ensure full product compliance on ingredients, additives, and labelling for all target markets (domestic and export) before launch; support regulatory submissions, product registrations, and claim substantiation.
- Supply Chain & QA — align on specs, supplier qualification, and shelf-life studies.
- Suppliers — act as the primary contact for all supplier-level technical and commercial discussions; lead negotiations and gather technical data sheets, ingredient specifications, and regulatory supporting documents. The R&D Officer may follow up on routine data requests under the AM's direction, but is not the primary supplier contact.
Domestic & Export Regulatory
- Own and be accountable for full regulatory compliance across all markets — Thai FDA (domestic) and international markets including EU, US FDA, and Codex Alimentarius.
- Adapt formulations and labels to meet Thai FDA, EU, US FDA, and Codex requirements.
- Liaise with overseas customers and OEM partners on specifications and documentation.
- The R&D Officer is responsible only for domestic (Thai FDA) documentation; all export and international regulatory accountability rests with the AM.
Cost Saving
- Identify and deliver formulation-based cost reductions — ingredient swap, yield improvement, waste reduction.
- Track financial impact in THB/% and report against annual savings targets.
- Qualify alternative raw materials with Procurement — zero quality compromise.
NPD Process & Continuous Improvement
- Own and maintain the end-to-end NPD workflow — from intake brief to post-launch review — ensuring every step is clearly defined and consistently followed.
- Continuously identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and pain points; propose and implement practical improvements.
- Develop and update SOPs, templates, and tools that streamline project handovers, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
- Track process KPIs (cycle time, first-time-right rate, on-time delivery) and use data to drive workflow improvements.
Skills Required
