Job Summary
This position is responsible for creating reports, insights and analytics in support of the division. Creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs. Providing consultation to users and working on cross functional teams to address the divisions issues. Producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools. Performing research and analyzing data related to the division's strategic initiatives and broader research needs. Interfacing between the business and divisional data teams to generate tools to be leveraged in building analysis and reports which are actionable within the business environment. Working closely with customers to build relationships and to meet business needs. Analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
*Create and analyze data and prepare reports (financial and membership) including disseminating information from various sources and systems.
*Perform analysis of financial impacts, claim pends, tracking and validating savings from tracking data.
*Develop processes and recommend/develop process improvements.
*Maintain up to date business knowledge and process to impact operations and provide solutions.
*Maintain documentation of all requests, data parameters and reports in an accurate and accessible manner.
Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree or 4 years of business experience.
*4 years of reporting or data analysis experience and/or preparing database reports.
*Systems database testing experience.
*Experience with data languages (i.e. SQL, VB)
*Experience working independently and in a team setting with the planning, design and execution of assigned projects.
*Organizational and analytical skills.
*Flexibility and adaptability.
*Experience managing completion of multiple projects.
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree in Math, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Actuarial Science.
*End-user programming skills.
*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote weekly.

Base Pay Range
$53,500.00 - $118,100.00
