Job Description

Job summary:

Improve processes, tools and skills for CS AMs and Renewals Specialists to support APAC Service Commercial Leader build a best-in-class Sales organization with direct and indirect channels.

Your role:

Process Optimization (Adjust & Improve Existing)

  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current renewal processes and implement targeted improvements.

  • Strengthen opportunity hygiene, renewal cadence, and compliance with existing workflows.

  • Streamline handovers, approval steps, and quote-to-contract activities to reduce cycle time.

  • Reinforce adoption of renewal milestones to ensure on-time renewal and prevent contract expires.

Tools & CRM Enhancement

  • Improve usage and accuracy of existing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for renewal creation, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.

  • Enhance dashboards, reports, and alerts to support better forecast accuracy and proactive renewal management.

  • Ensure data quality in key fields (contract start/end, entitlement, pricing inputs) to enable reliable insights.

  • Drive consistent adoption of existing digital tools such as CPQ, e-signature, and automated reminders.

Sales Productivity Support

  • Simplify and refine existing sales workflows to reduce administrative burden and increase selling time.

  • Improve quotation turnaround by optimizing steps already in place.

  • Support frontline teams with renewal playbooks, templates, and tools already approved by the business.

  • Strengthen renewal of pipeline reviews with actionable insights to boost productivity and contract penetration.

Sales Skills & Capability Building

  • Upskill service sales teams on renewal fundamentals: value articulation, pricing discipline, negotiation, and objection handling.

  • Run regular training and coaching sessions using existing content and frameworks.

  • Support new hires with onboarding renewal processes, CRM usage, and contract lifecycle management.

  • Facilitate best practice sharing across countries to improve win rates and retention.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in business, Legal and Contract Management, Sales and Account Management or Computer Science or equivalent.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sales, Sales Excellence, Commercial Operations, Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Operations or equivalent.

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred, with demonstrated expertise in service, solutions, and contract sales, and exposure to managing accounts across multiple APAC countries.

  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.
