Job Description
The Senior Relationship Manager is passionate about maintaining and building long-lasting alliances with important strategic partners that improve revenue. You will report to the Sr. Director of Strategy.
Main responsibilities will include:
• Manage the daily operations for a portfolio of large strategic partnerships and develop deep subject matter expertise for each relationship
• Create plans to grow important relationships while balancing risk and reward
• Ensure partners achieve their commitments, track their performance and manage the relationship
• Work where collaboration with the partners, sales, product, finance, leadership and other teams is important to your daily success
• Manage processes related to royalty payments, billing/invoicing, negotiated contracts, data questions, and internal partner operations
• Manage inbound requests from sales and product for special pricing or exceptions with partners
• Work with partners to gather insights, understand current business processes, challenges, and opportunities to deliver a great partner experience
• Identify opportunities to guide and manage the implementation of important projects
• Produce, simple and clear story lines, slides and other deliverables relevant to audiences of all levels.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, internationally recognized MBA
- Experience of the U.S. financial services industry (credit experience)
- High fluency in English
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, conditional formatting, and functions). Power Query, Macros, and advanced skills.
- Knowledge of database management principles
