The primary role is to perform all activities required in terms of the compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship program and to deliver world-class, industry leading customer service to new and existing clients.
Responsabilities:
- Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits.
- Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and escalate issues and requests when needed.
- Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews.
- Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell H&P's services.
- Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application.
- Mentoring junior members of the team if needed..
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years' of experience in account management within investments, insurance, private bank, wealth management or similar.
- Previous experience in a client facing role is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines.
- Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry is an advantage.
- Full proficiency in english
