Private Banking Sales Support

As a Private Banking Sales Support, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our relationship managers and clients. How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. You'll work closely with our relationship managers to provide administrative support, ensuring seamless execution of client transactions and events. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
What you do
- Provide administrative support to relationship managers, including preparing client reports and presentations
- Coordinate client events and meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client queries and issues
Who you are
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the financial industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
