Do you want to lead services that genuinely change lives across a whole region? As Senior Regional Services Hub Manager for the Shoalhaven and Illawarra, you will bring together purpose, people leadership and operational excellence. This is a pivotal senior role within our Relationships and Wellbeing leadership team. You will be responsible for leading the quality, growth and sustainability of a diverse portfolio of community services supporting individuals, families and communities.
Working closely with the Relationships and Wellbeing leadership team, you will help shape practice, strengthen performance and accountability, and support sustainable service growth through collaboration on service design, workforce planning and tender development. You will also represent Anglicare through strong relationships with government funders, community organisations, churches and internal stakeholders.

Lead Relationships and Wellbeing services across Shoalhaven and Illawarra
Ensure services are safe, effective, person-centred and continuously improving
Drive performance against KPIs, contracts and governance requirements
Oversee a diverse portfolio of community services supporting individuals and families
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional service delivery to meet quality, KPI and governance standards
Build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
Translate strategy into effective operational practice
Drive service improvement, growth and tender opportunities
Manage financial performance and stakeholder relationships
Represent the organisation with government, community and internal partners
Programs may include:
Family and Relationship Services
Family Relationship Centre's and Family Law Counselling
Targeted Early Intervention and youth programs
Men’s Behaviour Change and domestic, family and sexual violence services
Family and community mental health supports
About You
BA of Social Work, Psychology and Counselling or relevant tertiary qualifications
Extensive leadership experience in community services, mental health or similar
Proven ability to lead complex teams through growth and change
Strong people leadership with focus on performance and accountability
Strong operational, financial and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting service development or tenders
Alignment with organisational values and mission
