The role also supports workplace safety, compliance, and positive interactions with residents, visitors, couriers, and tradespeople.

Delivers evidence-based clinical education, competency assessments, coaching, and induction support for nursing and care teams across aged-care communities. Partners with clinical leaders to identify learning needs, implement best practices, meet aged-care standards and accreditation requirements, and drive continuous improvement. Requires a registered nurse with substantial aged-care or health experience, training qualifications, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Leads marketing for premium seniors community developments from early positioning through launch and sell-down. Responsibilities include place branding, go-to-market campaigns, customer journey development, digital and CRM acquisition, marketing asset creation, display suite experiences, stakeholder and agency collaboration, and performance optimization tied to sales outcomes.
