Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Regional Sales Director to lead two regional sales divisions within PTC Korea. This individual will play a critical role in driving enterprise-level deals, setting a clear vision for PTC’s solutions, and inspiring high-performance execution across the sales organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in software sales leadership, a deep understanding of solution-based selling, and the ability to align global resources to meet local customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage two or more sales divisions, ensuring alignment to business goals and consistent execution against revenue targets.
- Drive large-scale strategic deals (Big Deals) with key enterprise customers.
- Deliver a compelling vision of PTC's solutions and services, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed quota.
- Directly manage sales representatives or work through sales leadership to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with global PTC resources, including product, technical, and consulting teams, to design and deliver optimal customer solutions.
- Provide strategic coaching and leadership to the team, fostering a problem-solving, customer-first culture.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at major accounts, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
- Identify new growth opportunities, build pipeline, and ensure consistent forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to continuously refine go-to-market strategies.
- Serve as a cultural leader with a long-term mindset to grow together with PTC.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and inspire high-performing teams.
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and strategic account development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of value-based and solution selling methodologies.
- Ability to engage cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.
- Experience working with or selling to manufacturing customers is a plus.
- Fluent in English; bilingual in Korean is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
