职责描述:
- 市场规划:洞察市场数据,通过内外部市场数据的汇总分析,得出市场增长点,同时通过合理分配整合资源,搭建会议平台,推动产品不断提升市场份额;
- 高效运营:细分市场活动,建立KOL维护库,定期拜访KOL,传递产品优势,专业互动,培养讲者,匹配合适的学术会议,推动业务团队高效执行各类学术会议;
- 激励共赢:高效的跨部门合作,尤其是RM,DM以及和中央市场的合作互动,培训员工疾病领域和产品知识,定期分享市场数据并帮助业务团队设定提升市场份额方案;
- 自我提升:不断提升疾病领域知识和产品知识,提升沟通合作技巧
任职资格
- 教育背景:具有医学、药学或相关专业,大专及以上学历
- 工作经验:1年以上制药行业区域市场相关工作经验,或2年以上地区经理工作经验
- 具备市场分析、策略拆解、客户管理、活动执行等关键技能
- 具备韧性、学习敏锐度、结果导向、强执行等特质
- 具备高度的合规意识

Skills Required
