Our Company

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes.

Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch.

Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.

We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 200+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.

About the Role:

Hiring exceptional people is one of the most important things we do, and this role will play a critical role in scaling our team thoughtfully and intentionally. As a Senior Recruiting Manager, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while helping us build the systems, processes, and partnerships needed to support our next phase of growth. This is a player-coach role where you’ll guide the team while stepping in to lead strategic searches when needed.

You’ll join a small recruiting team and work closely with the Head of People and company leadership to shape hiring strategy, improve how we recruit across teams, and help ensure Arch can scale with the right talent in place. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, partnering closely with leadership, and creating scalable recruiting systems in fast-moving environments.

In this Role you will:
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters across Engineering, Operations, and GTM.

  • Own hiring outcomes across multiple functions and maintain strong pipeline health.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers on role definition, hiring strategy, and talent evaluation.

  • Step in to lead strategic or high-priority searches when needed as a player-coach.

  • Build and improve recruiting workflows, tools, and systems to support scalable hiring.

  • Partner with the Head of People on hiring forecasts, capacity planning, and recruiting goals.

  • Track recruiting metrics and provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to interviewers and hiring managers.

  • Deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience across all hiring stages.

  • Manage relationships with recruiting vendors and external partners.

Who You Are:
  • 7–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions

    • Experience supporting hiring at a fast-growing or scaling company.

  • 2–4+ years of experience managing recruiters or leading recruiting initiatives.

  • Experience operating as a player-coach, balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on recruiting.

  • Strong sourcing fundamentals and comfort supporting complex or competitive searches.

  • Strong hiring manager partnership and stakeholder management experience.

  • Demonstrated experience building or improving recruiting processes and systems.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Good judgment, ability to prioritize effectively, and comfort operating independently.

  • Excitement for building teams, improving systems, and developing recruiters.

We encourage applicants who are located in or open to relocating to the listed location to apply and join us in this hands-on, collaborative environment

Some perks of working for Arch include:
  • Strong Team - You’ll be backed by a strong team that consistently exceeds client expectations and ships new products quickly.

  • Your work is high impact - Being part of a small team means you have real responsibility and impact from day one. You'll be involved in discussions that drive the growth and direction of our platform from the very beginning.

  • Product Market Fit - We have strong product market fit, exceptionally low churn, and have grown mostly organically through word of mouth.

  • Team community and camaraderie - We have enormous trust in each other and always do what we can do to support one another. We're always ready to step in to help.

  • Great office - we’ve invested in a great space for the Arch team to come together, at 18th and Park in Manhattan (the old Buzzfeed / NYT headquarters).

  • Lunch is on Us - Grab lunch on us while you’re in the office and take a break to laugh, brainstorm, or just hang out with your teammates over a meal.
