The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment function through the development of the recruitment process and implementation of recruitment innovations.

Innovations include current trends to source candidates and market ESET as an employer. Marketing extends beyond traditional marketing to include a social media campaign for the company. This position delivers high quality professional candidates and advances the ESET brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the ESET selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near-and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required. This individual is also responsible for being our ‘culture’ brand ambassador, assessing retention strategies and working on culture branding.

• Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, checking references, salary negotiations, offer extension and closing candidates.
• Designs, develops and maintains the recruitment process in the organization.
• Designs the selection matrix for choosing optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
• Explores market best practices in the recruitment and implements best practices in organization.
• Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
• Write complete and detailed search assignments (client engagement documents), ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with ESET leaders, vendors, community organizations, universities and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.
• Create and implement a social media recruiting strategy utilizing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other resources.
• Manage and maintain Workday Applicant Tracking System. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback with interview team and candidate
• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline of technical professionals to meet current and future internal staffing needs
• Provide weekly recruiting analytics to the VP of HR
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Develop and implement other creative recruiting strategies for attracting candidates on a proactive basis.
• Understand market trends and come up with creative ideas to address competitive recruitment.
• Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
• Proven experience and ability to headhunt passive and semi-passive candidates.
• Develop, track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
• Monitor Glassdoor Account and respond timely to reviews
• Act as liaison with employment agencies when necessary. Maintain contact with various sources to meet headcount needs (job fairs, employment agencies).
• Understand the business technology, product and culture in order to sell the company to prospective candidates.
• Represent ESET at recruitment fairs, trade shows, universities and community events.
• Maintain accurate job postings in Workday
• Maintain accurate list of job postings on Eset.com
• Assists Human Resources management in the overall administration, communication and analysis of corporate recruiting programs and responsibilities. May develop and propose improvement to policies, programs and procedures to improve the effectiveness of recruiting and employment function.
• Identifies and implements best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost (relocation, immigration, recruiting resources).
• Lead HR onboarding, including new hire processing, orientations, first day paperwork, present in IGNITE orientation training.
• Strategic projects for employee retention strategies and culture branding
• Data quality in Workday
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the technology industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management
• Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to present to all levels of management across the organization.
• Displays the highest level of professionalism
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
• Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook for daily communications
• Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources (print, online, networking, staffing agencies etc.)
• Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills, organization skills and team based project experience.
• Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards.
• Demonstrated business acumen in understanding hiring manager needs and applying appropriate recommendations.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to market the company and the employment opportunity.
