At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our UniQue Luxembourg team.
In this role, you will support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business unit managers throughout the recruitment process, from defining the role requirements to the hiring decision. Responsible for ensuring the quality of candidate sourcing, evaluation, and follow-up, while maintaining smooth and effective collaboration with the institution’s various departments.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Draft Needs Analysis and Job Postings
- Discuss recruitment needs with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business unit managers, draft job postings based on job descriptions, and select the most relevant channels for distribution (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.). You also plan the various stages of the recruitment process.
- Identify, contact, and present opportunities to targeted candidates, while following up on received applications.
- Organizing interviews and assessments
- Screen applications, develop—in consultation with HRBPs—additional assessment tools (reference checks, technical tests, personality tests, etc.), and participate in interviews with business unit managers. Draft meeting minutes and selection notes.
- Managing the process through to the executive interview
- Compile the shortlist to be presented to senior management, prepare candidate dossiers, follow up with candidates throughout the process, and advise business unit managers and HRBPs until the final decision is made.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years in recruitment.
- Proven experience in recruitment (sourcing, writing job postings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates). ·
- Good knowledge of the banking and IT sectors.
- Ability to act as an HR partner (providing advice, conducting analysis)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English is mandatory (requests and candidate questions are in French). Dutch is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: 7–9 years in end-to-end recruitment and candidate assessment.
- Sector Knowledge: 4–6 years in IT recruiting, plus intermediate, recent experience in Banking.
- Systems: 4–6 years of experience with ATS/HRIS platforms, alongside MS Office proficiency.
- Core Skills: Strong internal advisory capabilities and excellent report-writing skills.
