Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Recruiter to manage and drive end-to-end hiring for our Tokyo office. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent.

A Day in Your New Role:  

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for our Japan hirings across different departments, including sourcing, direct candidate outreach, interviewing, and offer management
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across multiple departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, improve quality of hire, and drive a collaborative, consistent hiring process
  • Implement data-driven recruitment practices and track key metrics (time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Global TA team to standardize processes and share best practices across regions

 

 

What You Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, in-house or agency
  • Native fluency in Japanese
  • Business level proficiency in English
  • Strong project management and communication skills 
  • Data-driven mindset: use of metrics (quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to refine strategies
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
