Job Overview

We’ve recently embarked on an exciting new partnership with Britvic and we're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced recruiter to join our team as a Senior Recruiter. You'll be the sole on-site (2-days per week) recruiter based in Belfast, partnering with hiring managers and HR from the very start. You'll have the freedom to build and grow relationships with your stakeholders while managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, collaborating closely with hiring managers to focus on hiring quality talent at pace.
  • Conduct detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
  • With support from our dedicated off-site sourcing team, you’ll review applications and directly source candidates via various recruitment marketing methods, including online, social media, networks, referrals, and internals.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to align with search requirements.
  • Hold weekly review calls with hiring managers to provide consultative status updates on each search.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding application and interview status.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistics, attire, and expectations.
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with consistent communication.
  • Identify and recommend solutions to perceived difficulties with searches.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Strong recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.

Compensation

Cielo offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and performance-based incentives, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
