Location: Gurugram

Talent Acquisition 

• End-to-end recruitment for different roles in the United States, India and other locations 

• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques 

• Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role 

• Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates 

• Advertise open positions to external networks 

• Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals 

• Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data 

• Attend job fairs and organize career events 

• Keep in touch with past applicants 

• Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles 

Requirement 

• Available to work with a 4-hour overlap to US business hours 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field 

• Above average English communication skills, both written and oral 

• Score on an acceptable level on the Neolytix’s Recruiter exam 

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience 

• At least 1 year of experience in hiring in India 

• Preferably with BPO/Off-shore experience 

• No job hoppers—at least two years on the job 

• Schooling from large city high school, Convent or private

• Bachelor’s degree from a tier-B university

• Post-graduate MBA in HR in a reputable institute
