The Human Resources Specialist III provides human resource services in one or more of the following functions: employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, staff development and training, organizational development and recruiting, with a high level of expertise in area(s) of specialization. The Human Resources Specialist III is responsible for administering and maintaining HR systems, programs, procedures, and plans according to HR policies and will aid all levels of personnel on various HR data related issues and requests.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years Human Resources work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent combination.
  • Experience coordinating and leading projects.
  • Experience responding to HR related questions, problems and data information requests from employees/management.
  • Experience the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing, and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with integrated Human Resources Management Systems.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
  • Supervisory skills.
  • Advanced understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • May require fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations.   
  • May require ability to travel within the United States and internationally.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, stressful and highly visible environment.
Salary Information:

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $93,245-113,900.. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
