Provide executive-level administrative support to the Indiana Executive Director and Deputy Director and serve as primary liaison to the volunteer Board of Trustees. Lead Michigan's conservation strategy and a large multidisciplinary team; serve as TNC spokesperson; cultivate and solicit high-level donors; manage the Board of Trustees, finance, and staff performance; collaborate regionally to advance Midwest 2030 conservation goals; support policy, visibility, and fundraising campaign objectives.

Lead development and management of partnerships and funding pipelines with Norway and other Nordic public institutions. Identify funding and blended finance opportunities, advise internal teams on donor rules and proposal design, support compliant delivery of grants, represent TNC to stakeholders and networks, and strengthen relationships to mobilise public and private finance for climate and biodiversity.

Lead major gift fundraising by managing a portfolio of 80–100 donors, cultivating and soliciting gifts (including six‑figure and planned gifts), developing proposals and budgets, coordinating cross‑functional partners, meeting annual fundraising goals, supervising staff as needed, and traveling frequently to engage donors.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Global Head of Policy & Public Funding, including travel and meeting logistics, budget and report preparation, process improvement, staff supervision, recruiting/HR support, stakeholder communications, and data analysis to improve program effectiveness. Occasional travel and flexible hours required.

Lead feasibility, design, and technical oversight of agriculture natural climate solutions carbon projects. Provide soil carbon accounting, biogeochemical modeling, sampling and lab analysis guidance, produce feasibility and project design documents, support validation/verification, manage budgets/timelines, build tools and capacity, and represent TNC in external engagements to ensure high-integrity carbon credits.

Manage day-to-day conservation and stewardship of the Whitney Preserve and nearby properties, lead projects and staff/contractors, implement ecological management (fire, grazing, invasive control), develop partnerships and funding, ensure compliance and budgets, and perform field work in variable conditions.

Coordinate and implement ecological monitoring and land management on dispersed southern California preserves. Manage property maintenance, contractors, volunteer events, compliance reporting, GIS/photo/audio data, and support land acquisitions and grant work.

Lead fundraising for Impact Finance & Markets by building and managing a portfolio of individual, foundation, and corporate prospects; develop prospect strategies, cultivate and steward donors, coordinate cross-functional proposal development, and secure philanthropic investments to advance conservation solutions.

Develops and runs community engagement and volunteer programs at The Edge of Appalachia Preserve. Builds partnerships with local organizations, leads outreach and youth programming, manages volunteers and events, creates communications materials, supports stewardship field work, and coordinates with staff and local officials to broaden constituency and increase TNC visibility.

Provide finance and accounting support for real estate gift transactions, manage deal tracking from acquisition through disposition, maintain CRMS records, prepare reports and invoices, handle property tax and reimbursements, ensure compliance with gift processing policies, and support file closing, archiving, and biennial review processes.

Lead implementation of sustainable forest management and restoration across a 23,000-acre program. Develop and update management plans; conduct timber, carbon, and ecological inventories; oversee contractors and logging operations; maintain boundaries and infrastructure; produce GIS maps from GPS data; coordinate with landowners, partners, volunteers, and interns; ensure compliance with internal policies and third-party certification standards.

Provide high-level administrative support to the State Director and Leadership Team, manage program operations and compliance, supervise an Operations Manager, coordinate board and committee logistics, handle contracts and vendor negotiations, oversee onboarding and staff engagement, manage certifications, leases, property/equipment lists, and the Youth Safety program, and serve as primary liaison to trustees and internal departments.

Provide legal advice on complex transactions and governance for Australia/New Zealand (and other APAC) business units; draft and review contracts and organizational documents; manage outside counsel; advise on governance and regulatory matters; supervise or mentor junior legal staff; support cross-cultural teams and occasional travel.

Manage and implement watershed-scale conservation programs in the Rattlesnake Creek watershed, deploying irrigation technologies, precision fallowing, water-rights strategies, and phreatophyte removal. Coordinate stakeholders, negotiate agreements, deliver grant outcomes, provide outreach, and monitor conservation impacts on private agricultural lands.

Lead development and execution of Colorado External Affairs strategy, engage government and partners on conservation and climate policy, supervise a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and fundraising, ensure compliance with lobbying and legal requirements, and coordinate with regional and national teams to achieve policy outcomes.

Lead marine conservation on Kauaʻi by building community and partner relationships, scoping and implementing marine strategies, supporting community-led management, reducing land-based pollution, advancing reef restoration and fisheries management, coordinating cross-sector projects, aligning with terrestrial teams, securing funding, and managing multiple projects in challenging field conditions. Two-year term based on Kauaʻi.

The WY Director of External Affairs leads TNC's external affairs functions, implements policy strategies, and collaborates with government and business sectors to advance conservation policy and climate action.

The Preserve Manager oversees operations, manages seasonal staff, maintains facilities, ensures safety, and supports research and visitor activities at Palmyra Atoll.
