Develop and update management plans; conduct timber, carbon, and ecological inventories; oversee contractors and logging operations; maintain boundaries and infrastructure; produce GIS maps from GPS data; coordinate with landowners, partners, volunteers, and interns; ensure compliance with internal policies and third-party certification standards.

Provide legal advice on complex transactions and governance for Australia/New Zealand (and other APAC) business units; draft and review contracts and organizational documents; manage outside counsel; advise on governance and regulatory matters; supervise or mentor junior legal staff; support cross-cultural teams and occasional travel.

Lead Grants Specialist oversees grants administration and financial compliance for TNC's Africa region, supervising a grants team, maintaining public award documentation, ensuring adherence to US federal and multilateral donor regulations, performing financial analysis, and advising staff on complex accounting and compliance issues.

Manage accounts payable processes for timely, accurate, and compliant payments. Verify documentation, process payments in Workday, maintain vendor records, reconcile advances and cards, support audit readiness, prepare financial adjustments and reports, and collaborate across Finance, HR, Grants, and Operations. Lead on-the-ground stewardship and targeted grazing/restoration at Point Reyes: manage contractors, plan and permit projects, develop RFPs, implement monitoring and restoration, engage partners, volunteers, and the public, and oversee budgets and performance.
