Develops aligned conservation and policy plans, manages a multidisciplinary team, supports major fundraising efforts, and represents Missouri on the Great Plains Division Leadership Team. Requires routine travel throughout Missouri and globally, estimated at 40%.

Administers publicly funded awards from solicitation review through closeout, including proposal and budget review, agreement negotiation, financial system setup, compliance monitoring, due diligence, audit-file maintenance, and communication with contracting officers. Provides grants administration support and training while coordinating with regional and global grants teams. The role requires finance or accounting experience, public-award regulatory knowledge, English and Kiswahili fluency, and travel to remote locations in Tanzania and the Lake Tanganyika region.

Maintains and manages conservation preserves, including facilities, trails, fences, equipment, and ecological restoration projects.
