Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Japan and Korea

The Talent Acquisition recruiter based in Seoul plays a pivotal role in sourcing top talent and supporting recruitment efforts in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. This position involves executing sourcing strategies, engaging with candidates, and providing support throughout the recruitment process to ensure a seamless and effective talent acquisition experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with the hiring manager to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, feedback, and support to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and providing logistical support to hiring managers and candidates as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Workday and other recruitment tools to facilitate efficient recruitment operations.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to analyze recruitment metrics, track progress against hiring goals, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition to contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Visit retail stores to scout potential candidates

You’ll Need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 2-3+ years of Recruitment experience preferably in Retail
  • Great sourcing experience using agencies, direct sourcing including passive candidates
  • Hiring various types of employees, such as executive, permanent, and temporary
  • Bilingual communication skill set - Business level of English and native level of Korean (speaking, writing and listening)
