The Role
Navan is hiring a Senior Sales Recruiter to help scale our Sales org across the U.S in our key locations; New York, San Francisco, Boston and Austin. You’ll own full-cycle hiring, partner with sales leadership, and raise the bar on speed, quality, and candidate experience. Recruiting is our #1 priority! 
 
What You'll Do:
  • Own full-cycle hiring for our GTM org 
  • Proactively source and close top sellers 
  • Advise leaders on profiles, market insights, and all stages of the interview process 
  • Use tools/data to track funnel health and improve process and experience
    • We need people who understand their recruiting funnel. What does it take to make hires. 
 What We're Looking For:
  • 2–3+ years of sales recruiting in high-growth environments
  • Strong outbound sourcing, negotiation, and closing skills
    • We believe the skill is in out-bounding 
  • Proven partnership with senior leaders; process-driven with urgency

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
