We’re hiring a Senior React Native Developer to lead feature development, drive performance and security best practices, and mentor junior engineers. You’ll influence technical decisions, own CI/CD pipelines, and help deliver a smooth product experience in both online and offline modes.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of our React Native app.
• Enforce and champion application security best practices.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Fastlane, and deployment tooling).
• Design and implement caching strategies and an offline-first experience.
• Debug complex issues across the app and integrated services.
• Work with native modules for deeper iOS/Android integrations when needed.
• Write and maintain unit/integration/E2E tests to ensure app stability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers on architecture and planning.
• Mentor junior developers through reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Manage priorities and deliver on time while maintaining high code quality.

• Strong professional experience with React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with App Store / Google Play release processes.
• Deep understanding of Git/Gitflow and advanced branching/merge workflows.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, and app deployments).
• Knowledge of app security principles (data protection, secure storage, API security).
• Excellent debugging and performance-tuning skills.
• Experience working with native modules (iOS/Android).
• Solid understanding of caching and offline-first strategies.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Detox).
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with experience mentoring juniors.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry, Firebase Analytics, or similar)
