- Lead, plan and coordinate cross functional technical PMI projects (Post-Merger Integration)
- Plan project activities along with dependences and significant milestones
- Establish needed processes to support the project goals and lifecycle
- Track project execution, navigating it to accomplish its deliverables and goals
- Maintain visibility and transparency of all project aspect to all relevant stakeholders, as well as track projects KPIs and metrics
- Identify, manage and track risks and dependencies
- Escalate and track impediments
- Encourage collaboration between teams and other stakeholders
- Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) on projects execution and operational excellence
- Data Driven Decisioning mindset

- A B.Sc. in computer science or a related discipline
- At least 7-10 years of previous as R&D technical project management experience in an international software development organization
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development organization, preferably at scale
- Understanding of all Software Development Life Cycle and ability to clearly convey messages and statuses. You should feel equally comfortable discussing technical details with engineers as well as executive summary recaps with management
- Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Can do attitude mindset, ability to push projects through
- Detail-oriented perspective be focused, reliable and highly organize
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Advantages:
- Experience in PMI (Post-Merger Integration)
- An MBA or M.Sc
- PMI/PMP certification
- Hands-on experience with Confluence, Aha!, Jira, Monday and BI tools
- Technical experience and knowledge of CyberArk products or Cyber Security solutions and technologies
