Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sr. Quality Testing Analyst is responsible for completing account level audits and reviews of complex Loan Originations and Loan Servicing related functions to ensure adherence to policy and procedures, identifying trends or issues that increase business risk, making recommendations and communicating findings to management. The Sr. Analyst will also have a role in performing in-depth analysis of testing results and composing a written summary of any observations noted.

Job Duties:
  • Perform review of work completed by Quality Testing Analysts to ensure results are accurate and consistent.
  • Responsible for new hire, ongoing training and developmental feedback for Quality Testing Analysts.
  • Compiles data, performs detailed analysis, and documents results and observations.  Provides recommendations to management.
  • Facilitate Quality Testing dispute process.  Review dispute feedback, perform objective review, and provide timely response and documentation of finalized dispute decision. Escalate when warranted.
  • Identifies and escalates trends, concerns and red flags to management
  • Conduct audits and reviews of complex Loan Originations and Loan Servicing related functions in accordance to policy and procedure.
  • Completes assigned audits, reviews and summary documentation accurately, objectively and within communicated timelines.
  • Develops and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of operational processes, policies, procedures and systems.
  • Participates in conducting ad hoc testing and special projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Automobile lending and/or collections experience is required.
  • Minimum of Six (6) years of consumer auto finance experience preferred.
  • Minimum of Six (6) years of experience in consumer loan servicing (customer service, collections) call center environment and or loan originations (credit, funding); quality control/testing experience preferred.
  • A thorough understanding of non-prime underwriting techniques, verification processes, customer service and collections practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical skill required, as well as the ability to utilize appropriate analysis, judgment, and logic.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state law and regulations applicable to auto finance.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including

skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.


The pay range for this role is $22.90 - $29.00 hourly.
